• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of suspicious transactions, stock unavailability, or any unforeseen circumstances.

• Orders are shipped via Delhivery courier company.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

• If we are unable to deliver your parcel, a full refund will be issued.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Once the returned product is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

• Noor Fabrics India will not be liable for delays or failures in delivery due to factors beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, courier delays, etc.).
